MCA Group is a company to which all other entities affiliated to MCA are members including Mirembe & Co. Advocates - a law firm which is an independent affiliate, MCA Mercy which is a legal aid service provider, and the VSPs (Virtual Service Points) through which our clients can conveniently access legal services online.

Our Story

MCA Group which is registered as the MCA Group of Companies Limited was registered on the 28th of June 2024. The institution was founded to be able to superintend over the vision of MCA and to provide support to the entities affiliated to it.

Because the Group’s founder was called to the four areas of Law, Business, Family and Leadership - these callings could not be executed under the law firm - Mirembe & Co. Advocates (from which we get the acronym MCA). The founder thus deemed it necessary to incorporate other entities affiliated to the firm to be able to fully execute the calling upon MCA.

MCA Group is not a static institution. It is gradually growing to incorporate affiliated entities that’ll effectuate the vision of MCA which is to reach every corner of the world with the gospel, and to make disciples of Jesus Christ through the practice and business of law

Phiona Mirembe

The Founder

Our Founder Phiona Mirembe is a Christian lawyer who started Mirembe & Co. Advocates (MCA/ the firm) as a secular law firm in the year 2014 and practiced as such until March of 2016 when she was called to follow Christ in word and in deed.
